What Are the Benefits of Ozone Infusions?

Ozone IV therapy helps in the production of antioxidants which reduces the oxidative stress caused by free radicals in the body. Ozone therapy may be used to help support a variety of chronic health conditions:

  • Activates the body’s immune and antioxidant systems to reduce inflammation while promoting healing
  • Includes antiviral properties which may be used to treat certain viruses
  • Increase oxygen levels in the blood which helps to reduce stress on the lungs
  • Improve overall health and decrease side effects of traditional cancer treatments

Saline Ozone

Saline Ozone therapy combines ozone (O3) with sterile saline solution to create an infusion.  This infusion is then administered into the patient’s bloodstream via an IV drip. Ozone’s antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties have been used as a treatment for a wide range of conditions. Since it is medication-free, it is ideal as a complement to other treatments.

Blood Ozone

Blood Ozone therapy is similar to Saline Ozone although this infusion uses the patients blood instead of saline.  A small amount of blood (100ccs) is withdrawn from the patient and ozone (03) is then added and gently worked into the blood.  This mixture of blood and ozone is then infused into the bloodstream via an IV drip.  Patients may do a single or multiple passes of blood ozone depending on their treatment plan.
